YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how GrowthPhilic handles information when you visit our website or contact us about our services.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

We aim to collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.

1. Who we are

GrowthPhilic provides information about performance marketing, advertising campaign management, landing pages and measurement services. For privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@growthphilic.marketing .

Before publishing this notice, the website owner should add the correct legal name and business contact details where required by applicable law.

2. Information you may provide

When you contact us, you may choose to provide:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address or phone number.
  • Your business or brand name.
  • The service you are interested in.
  • Your project goals or other information you include in a message.
  • An approximate monthly advertising budget, if you choose to share it.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

3. How the enquiry form works

The current GrowthPhilic enquiry form prepares an email draft addressed to hello@growthphilic.marketing. After reviewing the draft, you must send the email yourself.

The website form does not itself send the email, create a database record or guarantee delivery. Your email provider and the recipient’s email service may process the information according to their own privacy policies.

If we later introduce a hosted form, CRM, booking tool or automated lead-capture service, this notice should be updated to explain the actual service and data handling.

4. Why information may be used

Information you provide may be used to:

  • Respond to your enquiry.
  • Understand your project requirements.
  • Discuss services, scope, pricing and next steps.
  • Maintain necessary business records and protect against misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not promise that sending an enquiry will result in a contract or that a particular marketing outcome will be achieved.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

The current landing-page code does not itself install Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel or a dedicated advertising-cookie system. WordPress, your hosting provider, themes, plugins or embedded third-party services may nevertheless process technical information or use cookies.

Before adding analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing or other tracking technologies, the website owner should review what data is collected, update this notice, and implement any required consent or opt-out controls for the relevant visitors and jurisdictions.

This section must be updated if the live website’s actual configuration changes. Do not rely on this statement without checking the published site and its plugins.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by email, hosting or other service providers when necessary to operate the website, respond to an enquiry, protect the service or comply with law.

The website owner should identify relevant providers and describe any additional sharing that actually occurs. Do not publish a blanket claim that information is never shared unless that statement has been verified.

7. Data retention and security

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use appropriate account security, access controls and reputable service providers, and avoid collecting information that is not needed.

8. Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or other action concerning your personal information.

To make a privacy request, email hello@growthphilic.marketing and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before taking action.

9. Children’s privacy

Our marketing enquiry form is intended for people contacting us about business or professional services, not for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

10. External websites

Our website may link to external websites or services. We do not control their privacy practices. Review the relevant provider’s privacy notice before submitting information to it.

11. Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated when our website, services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
